- ? Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls for customer onboarding
- Follow up with customers for required documents and process completion
- Handle collection-related calling and follow-ups
- Explain products/processes clearly to customers
- Maintain proper call records and follow-up details
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/performance targets
- ✅ Candidate ProfilePrior BPO / Telecalling / Collection experience preferred
- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Hindi & Bengali communication required
