ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: SERVICE MANAGER / SERVICE TEAMLEADER / SERVICE COORDINATOR

1. Arrange engineer for Installing products at customer location after delivery.

2. Providing product demonstration and usage guidance.

3. Troubleshooting and technical support at client locations.

4. Learn and update product knowledge regularly

5. Handling repair, maintenance, and servicing of products.

6. Diagnosing technical issues and resolving them efficiently.

7. Coordinating with dispatch and tele calling team for service schedules.

8. Visiting customer sites for in office service support.

9. Ensuring timely service as per SLA (Service Level Agreement).

10. Coordinating with OEM and venders regarding warranty and care packs.

11. Complain lock on hp site regarding any product issue.

12. Maintaining service reports and job completion records.

13. Handling warranty and non-warranty service cases.

14. Coordinating with inventory team for spare parts.

15. Testing products after repair/service.

16. Ensuring customer satisfaction during and after service.





17. Managing installation certificates and documentation.

18. Supporting CRAC completion on Government e-Marketplace (GeM).

19. Handling escalated technical complaints.

20. Providing remote support (call/video) when required.

21. Maintaining tools and equipment properly.

22. Following safety and technical standards during work.

23. Reporting daily service activities to management.

24. Reducing downtime and improving product performance.

25. Travel sometimes could be across India for installation, service, and events.

26. Conduct internal training for company employees on products.

27. Provide technical support to sales and internal teams.

28 Should have experience of team handling, system knowledge, MS excel, MS word, E mails etc.

29 Should have experience of government e marketplace (GeM)

30 Should have experience in service support, IT sector
