Graphic Designer cum Video Editor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer cum Video Editor who can handle graphic designing, video editing, video shooting, and on-ground footage collection. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for our social media, events, campaigns, and organizational activities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDesign posters, banners, social media creatives, brochures, certificates, and other promotional materials.
- Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Shoot videos and photographs during events, programs, campaigns, and field activities.
- Collect and organize high-quality video footage, photographs, and other visual content from different activities.
- Create reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, event highlights, and campaign videos.
- Add music, transitions, subtitles, graphics, voiceovers, and other effects to videos.
- Coordinate with the team to understand creative requirements and deliver content on time.
- Maintain an organized library of photos, videos, project files, and other creative assets.
- Ensure consistency in branding, fonts, colors, logos, and overall visual style.
- Travel to event locations when required for photography, videography, and footage collection.




- Stay updated with current social media trends and create content accordingly.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent software.
- Good knowledge of graphic design principles, video editing, transitions, color correction, and sound editing.
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography.
- Ability to operate cameras, smartphones, gimbals, microphones, and basic video equipment.
- Valuable understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media formats.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film Making, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and video editing is preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio and relevant practical skills may also be considered.

What We Expect:

The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both in the office and at event locations. A good portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video editing, photography, and videography skills will be an advantage.
