- Job Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Plan and monitor receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory management.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all materials.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase and operations teams.
- Identify and reduce stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and wastage.
- Manage warehouse staff, allocate daily tasks, and monitor their performance.
- Ensure timely inward and outward movement of materials.
- Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.
- Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse and inventory reports.
- Handle warehouse-related issues and take corrective action when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the warehouse.
- Requirements:Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.
- 3–6 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Experience in handling warehouse staff and daily operations.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
