We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead operations at our luxury jewellery showroom. You will oversee daily front and back-office operations, drive end-to-end sales across retail and e-commerce channels, and manage customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses deep gold and jewellery product knowledge, excellent team management skills, and a track record of running high-performing retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive end-to-end jewellery sales, specializing in gold and fine jewellery; manage local showroom sales as well as order fulfillment for e-commerce sales channels.

Store & Operational Management: Oversee complete front-office operations (showroom presentation, customer greeting, product display) and back-office operations (inventory auditing, stock reconciliation, logistics).

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Cultivate long-term client relationships, handle VIP interactions, manage customer care resolutions, and build loyalty programs to ensure high retention.





Team Leadership & Hiring: Recruit, onboard, and train showroom staff; schedule shifts, manage performance, and mentor sales associates to hit targets.

Administration & Compliance: Direct daily store administration, maintain security protocols, oversee cash management, and ensure compliance with retail regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3–5+ years of proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a jewellery showroom or luxury retail store.

Domain Knowledge: Expert understanding of gold, precious metals, gemstones, and jewellery pricing metrics.

Core Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, inventory systems, team leadership, staff hiring, and multi-channel sales management.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
