We are hiring an experienced Security Area Officer / Field Officer to manage and supervise security operations across multiple client sites in Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise security guards at assigned sites.
- Conduct regular site visits and surprise inspections.
- Ensure proper manpower deployment, attendance, grooming and discipline.
- Arrange replacement guards in case of absenteeism or shortage.
- Brief and train guards regarding duty procedures and client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve day-to-day security issues.
- Check duty registers, reports and security equipment.
- Handle emergency situations and provide immediate operational support.
- Submit daily field visit and manpower reports to management.
- Ensure smooth security operations across all assigned locations.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass or Graduate preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in security operations/field supervision.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Knowledge of security guard deployment and site operations.
- Hindi communication is essential; basic English preferred.
- Must be comfortable with extensive field travel across Delhi NCR.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
