We're looking for a WordPress Full Stack Developer who can turn Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible websites, build custom Elementor widgets from scratch, and keep our sites fast and reliably integrated with third-party tools. You'll work across the full WordPress stack — from PHP hooks and core development to front-end polish and performance tuning — and be comfortable owning a project from design handoff to launch.

Responsibilities

- ​Design, develop, and maintain custom Elementor widgets and extensions using PHP, tailored to project-specific requirements
- ​Build and maintain third-party integrations (HubSpot, Zapier, GorillaDesk, Integrately, and similar platforms) via APIs and webhooks
- ​Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect WordPress builds, ensuring WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility compliance throughout
- ​Audit and optimize website speed and performance (Core Web Vitals, caching, asset optimization, database and query performance)
- ​Extend and customize WordPress core functionality using hooks, filters, and actions, following WordPress coding standards
- ​Write clean, well-documented, reusable code and maintain consistent naming/coding conventions across projects
- ​Troubleshoot and resolve cross-browser and cross-device compatibility issues
- ​Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to scope, estimate, and deliver features on schedule
- ​Perform code reviews and QA testing to ensure functionality, security,



and performance standards are met
- ​Stay current with WordPress, Elementor, and web accessibility best practices, and recommend improvements proactively

Requirements

- Experience required of 2-3 years as Wordpress Developer
- ​Strong proficiency in PHP, WordPress core architecture, and the WordPress Plugin/Widget API
- ​Hands-on experience building custom Elementor widgets and extending Elementor's page builder framework
- ​Solid front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design
- ​Experience integrating third-party APIs and automation platforms (HubSpot, Zapier, or similar)
- ​Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and how to implement them in practice
- ​Understanding of website performance optimization techniques (caching, CDN, image optimization, minification)
- ​Familiarity with Git version control and standard deployment workflows
- ​Ability to translate Figma/design files into exact, production-ready markup

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
