Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in PTC Windchill configuration, administration, and customization for migration-focused initiatives.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in data analysis, data mapping, and data validation to support accurate and reliable migration execution.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in scripting or programming (such as Java, XML, SQL, or related technologies) to develop and automate migration tools or utilities.
- Candidates should possess robust skills in system integration, PLM processes, and understanding of product data management and lifecycle workflows.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in documentation, technical communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in Windchill migration projects or PLM system upgrades and data consolidation is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines with attention to detail and quality.
