Qualifications B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or Production Engineering with about 5 years of relevant experience, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines with about 7 years of relevant experience.

Skills Required Proficient in one or more of the following areas:

- 5 years' hands-on experience in wind turbine lattice structure erection, steel structure installation, tower assembly, or related field execution and training.
- Strong understanding of lattice tower components, structural members, bolted connections, alignment practices, and erection sequencing.
- Knowledge of reading and interpreting structural drawings, erection diagrams, fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and site assembly documentation.
- Familiarity with lifting tools, rigging practices, cranes, chain pulley blocks, torque tools, hydraulic tools, and other erection equipment used at site.
- Understanding of safe work practices for working at height, confined spaces, lifting operations, permit-towork systems, and emergency response protocols.
- Knowledge of wind energy project site practices, foundation-to-structure interface requirements, material handling, stacking, and preservation procedures.
- Ability to train candidates on tower section identification, member fit-up, bolt tightening sequence, torque verification, plumb checking, and structural stability precautions during erection.
- Awareness of quality inspection requirements, checklists, erection tolerances, documentation, and reporting procedures for structural installation work.




- Familiarity with use of PPE, safety harness systems, scaffolding or access systems, and toolbox talk practices for site teams.
- Ability to explain basic concepts of wind turbine support infrastructure, workforce roles, job-site coordination, and industry expectations to trainees.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training for wind turbine lattice structure erection workforce development programs.
- Train candidates on structural components, tools and tackles, erection sequence, rigging support, bolt tightening, alignment, and safe installation practices.
- Demonstrate correct usage of safety PPE, fall protection systems, hand tools, torque tools, and lifting accessories relevant to erection work.
- Support development of lesson plans, assessments, practical job sheets, attendance records, and trainee progress documentation.
- Ensure training delivery aligns with industry requirements, safety standards, and employability outcomes for project-site deployment.
- Guide trainees in maintaining discipline, teamwork, reporting practices, and safe behavior expected in field erection activities.
- Coordinate with project, training, and assessment teams for smooth execution of batches and practical sessions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with prior experience in wind energy projects, transmission tower erection, heavy steel structure installation, industrial fabrication, or site execution training will be preferred. Experience in workforce development, skill training, or field technician training programs will be an added advantage.
