We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to join our team in Pune.

? Location: Pune

? Experience: 4–6 Years

? CTC: Up to ₹17 LPA

? Role: QA Lead – Workday Testing

? Key Skills Required:

- Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM Testing
- Experience with Kainos Smart Test Automation
- Workday Core HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Absence, Talent & Time Tracking
- Functional, SIT, UAT, Integration, E2E & Regression Testing
- Test Planning, Test Strategy & Test Case Design
- Defect Management – JIRA or equivalent
- Workday Integration & API Testing exposure
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills

⭐ Preferred:
- Workday Certification
- Banking / Financial Services domain experience




- Experience in Workday implementation or transformation projects
