About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled ASP.NET MVC & Web API Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies, RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET MVC and C#.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and effective code following coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
- Develop database objects such as stored procedures, functions, and views.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
- Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Required Skills

Backend Development

- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API
- Experience with .NET Framework 4.x




- Solid understanding of REST API design principles
- Knowledge of Dependency Injection (DI) and Repository Pattern
- Understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns

Database

- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Writing complex SQL queries
- Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, Indexes
- Performance tuning and query optimization

Front-End

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- jQuery
- Bootstrap
- AJAX

Source Control & DevOps

- GitHub
- CI/CD concepts

Cloud (Preferred)

- AWS experience
- Basic understanding of cloud-hosted applications

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with ASP.NET Core is a strong plus.
- Experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Knowledge of Entity Framework.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs.
- Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, and Lambda.
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, and SSO.

Soft Skills

- Experience working directly with business stakeholders.

Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
