Job Summary

We are looking for a Web Content Publisher / Digital Content Producer with strong hands-on experience in Drupal CMS, web publishing, content migration and digital production. This is a content publishing and web production role, not a content writing role.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Drupal 10 or newer, creating and publishing responsive web pages, managing reusable content components/blocks, performing content QA, and supporting website migrations and redesigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and assess existing website content and prepare it for migration to the new Drupal platform (Drupal 10 Drupal 11).
- Create, design, update and publish web pages while maintaining accuracy, consistency and brand standards.
- Build and publish reusable content components, paragraph blocks, sections and structured page components in Drupal.
- Perform Drupal CMS administration including taxonomy management, redirects and basic technical SEO.
- Apply web publishing and SEO best practices to improve website visibility and performance.
- Translate UX/UI designs, mockups and wireframes into functional, responsive web pages.
- Perform light front-end development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Conduct thorough web page testing and QA across browsers, devices and screen sizes.
- Ensure websites meet accessibility, usability, responsiveness and performance standards.
- Support website migration,



redesign and digital content production initiatives.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, technical, content, SEO and other business teams.
- Identify issues, troubleshoot publishing problems and ensure timely delivery of web content.

Must-Have Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in digital production, web publishing or content operations.
- Hands-on experience with Drupal 10 or newer, preferably within the last 12 months.
- Robust experience with CMS publishing workflows.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience working with Drupal blocks, sections, paragraphs and structured content components.
- Understanding of SEO, accessibility, UX and web best practices.
- Ability to handle both front-end web production and light Drupal back-end administration.
- Experience in website content migration and QA.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex brand and publishing guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with analytics or technically oriented digital projects.
- UX/UI or graphic design experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools used in content and digital workflows.
- Exposure to content translation and localization workflows.
- Experience with project management/workflow tools such as Workfront.
- Experience working on customer experience / digital experience projects.
