We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Executive to manage store operations including inventory handling, GRN entries, dispatch coordination, and ERP-based documentation.

? Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day store operations

Prepare and verify GRN (Goods Receipt Note)

Maintain accurate inventory records

Manage ERP entries and stock updates

Prepare dispatch documents & coordinate dispatch activities

Monitor material inward/outward

Maintain stock reports in Excel

Coordinate with purchase, production & logistics teams

? Requirements

Proven experience as Store Executive or Store Assistant

Robust knowledge of GRN, ERP systems, and MS Excel

Ability to maintain accurate store records

Good communication & coordination skills

- Ready to join within 15 days (preferred)
