Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to manage our day-to-day warehouse operations for a fast-growing B2B electronics business.

Our company deals in all major smartphone brands, consumer electronics, computing accessories, cameras, lenses, and related gadgets. The candidate will be responsible for inventory accuracy, inward and outward operations, order processing, dispatch, stock reconciliation, warehouse team management, and security of high-value products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate receiving and verification of incoming stock.
- Maintain 100% control over inventory and stock movement.
- Maintain SKU-wise, model-wise, serial number/IMEI-wise inventory records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate and timely order picking and dispatch.
- Verify product model, quantity, serial number/IMEI, and product condition before dispatch.
- Handle high-value products such as smartphones, laptops, cameras, lenses, and accessories with proper controls.
- Manage customer returns, damaged products, replacements, and stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts, Logistics, and Operations teams.
- Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including work allocation and productivity.
- Maintain proper warehouse documentation, GRN, dispatch records, stock transfers, and returns.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, safety,



and security.
- Monitor CCTV and ensure no unauthorized movement of stock.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and warehouse reports for management.
- Identify and reduce stock losses, damages, discrepancies, and dispatch errors.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and internal control procedures.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4–8 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Experience in mobile phones, electronics, consumer electronics, IT products, or B2B distribution will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Experience handling serial number/IMEI-based inventory will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/WMS software.
- Strong team-management and leadership skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accountability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented workplace.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in smartphone/electronics distribution, wholesale, B2B e-commerce, mobile distribution, or consumer electronics warehouses will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
