Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization. The candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, generating quality leads, and implementing effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and identify high-value keywords.
- Perform On-Page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URL optimization, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Handle Technical SEO activities such as website audits, crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile optimization, and structured data.
- Develop and implement Off-Page SEO and link-building strategies.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve search visibility.
- Work closely with the Content, Web Development, and Marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, and other SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, backlinks, and other SEO KPIs.




- Identify SEO issues and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Optimize existing website content and support the creation of SEO-friendly content.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- Improve local search visibility through Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization, where required.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of professional experience in SEO.
- Solid knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO.
- Excellent understanding of keyword research and SEO content optimization.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics/GA4.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website structure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working with education, training, or service-based websites will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in increasing organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation.
