Position: Customer Support Associate

Process: International Voice & Semi-Voice (Voice Experience Mandatory)

Location: Lancohills, Manikonda, Hyderabad

Experience: 9 - 12 months preferred

CTC: 3.75 LPA(Maximum)

Shifts: Rotational shifts, including night shifts

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international voice/semi-voice channels.
- Provide professional and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle calls/chat interactions professionally and courteously.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate customer and interaction records.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets.
- Maintain good communication and skilled etiquette.

Requirements

- 9 to 12 months of experience in International Voice / Semi-Voice / International BPO / Customer Support preferred.




- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Willingness to work from the office.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
