Role Description

We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Developer to build scalable backend services, integrate enterprise systems, and support end-to-end feature delivery for a up-to-date microservices-based platform. The ideal candidate is strong in .NET 6+, API development, messaging systems, distributed caching, and has hands-on experience integrating with CRM, partner APIs, and enterprise services.

Key responsibilities

- Build robust, scalable backend services using .NET 6+/C#, WebAPI, and async programming patterns.
- Implement clean, domain-driven service layers with well-defined boundaries and independent data stores.
- Develop RESTful APIs supporting secure, high-performance communication across modules.
- Integrate messaging frameworks such as Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or RabbitMQ for async communication.
- Implement event-driven patterns, pub/sub, and reliable message processing pipelines.
- Maintain idempotent consumers, retry policies, and dead-letter strategies.
- Use Redis for distributed caching, session management, and low-latency data retrieval.
- Optimize API and data access performance through caching, batching, connection pooling, and async I/O.
- Implement integrations with CRM systems, eServices, partner APIs, Curate, and other enterprise platforms.
- Handle authentication tokens, API gateways, versioning, throttling, and monitoring.




- Build resilient integration layers with retry logic, circuit breakers, and failover handling.
- Collaborate with UI engineers on API contracts, data shaping, and performance optimization.
- Contribute to full-stack implementation as needed (React/Vue is a plus).
- Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, API deployment strategies, and logging/monitoring.
- Ensure code quality through automated tests, logging, telemetry, and exception handling.

Skills requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on development experience.
- Strong command of .NET 6+/C#, WebAPI, dependency injection, async/await, and HTTP pipeline fundamentals.
- Experience with domain-driven design and service boundaries.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka / Service Bus / RabbitMQ for messaging.
- Strong knowledge of Redis for caching patterns.
- Experience integrating with CRM and third-party APIs.
- Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectural principles.

Preferred skills

- Experience in healthcare or PHI-sensitive environments.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services, API Management, and microservices deployment.
- Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related science field or equivalent
