Full Stack Web & Mobile App Developer / Technical Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Full Stack Web & Mobile App Developer / Technical Trainer to join our team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing real-world web and mobile applications while also training, mentoring, and guiding aspiring software developers through practical, industry-oriented learning.

This is an in-house hybrid role combining software development, technical training, project mentoring, and developer guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, debug, deploy, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using up-to-date frontend technologies.
- Develop robust backend services, REST APIs, authentication systems, and database integrations.
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter/Dart or React Native.
- Integrate frontend and mobile applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases and implement efficient database solutions.
- Use Git/GitHub and follow proper version-control and development practices.
- Participate in application architecture, technical planning, code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement reliable solutions.
- Work on real-time projects and contribute to end-to-end product development.

Technical Training & Mentoring
- Conduct structured technical training sessions for freshers and aspiring developers.
- Train candidates in Full Stack Web Development and Mobile Application Development.
- Explain programming concepts, frameworks, APIs, databases, Git, debugging,



and software development practices in a practical manner.
- Guide learners through real-time projects from requirement analysis to deployment.
- Conduct coding exercises, technical assessments, assignments, and project evaluations.
- Mentor candidates in writing clean, maintainable, and industry-standard code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Identify skill gaps and create practical learning plans for trainees.
- Prepare candidates for technical interviews and real-world development environments.
- Support learners in building GitHub portfolios and demonstrating their projects professionally.

Web Development The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in areas such as:

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on software development experience.

- Proven ability to independently develop and troubleshoot real-world applications.
- Strong understanding of frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and application architecture.
- Prior experience in technical training, mentoring, team leadership, or developer coaching will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to beginners and experienced learners.
- Willingness to work in an in-house development + training environment.
- Passion for technology, continuous learning, and mentoring the next generation of developers.

Compensation

5 LPA 9 LPA

Compensation will be based on technical skills, relevant experience, development expertise, training capability, and interview performance.
