Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, chat, and messaging channels.

Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive service experience.

Escalate urgent or complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary.

Stay updated on products, processes, and customer service guidelines to deliver effective support

Required Skills

- Graduated from High school or equivalent academic level Fluency in English - CEFR - C 1 and above (speaking, listening, writing, and reading)
