Key Responsibilities

- Connect with pre-generated leads through outbound calls
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable paid subscription plans
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about services and packages
- Convince and negotiate with customers to close sales successfully
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics




- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
