We are looking for Hindi-speaking Voice Process Executives to handle customer calls, understand their requirements, provide accurate information, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Hindi.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Make follow-up and reminder calls as required.
- Explain products, services, offers, or processes clearly.
- Maintain qualified and polite communication with customers.
- Update customer details and call records in the CRM/system.

Requirements
- Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
