- Certification on the latest track like VMware VCP, HPE certifications (ATP/ASE –

Server Solutions, Synergy), RHCSA, CCNA, ITIL is an added advantage.
- Flexible to work in 24/7 support environment.

Technical Skills

- Admin, Operate and Manage vSphere Datacenter.
- Experience in ESXi and vCenter upgrades.
- ESXi command line interface
- vCenter HA, DRS, and other cluster features
- Virtual Machine operations and configurations.
- vSphere Performance Monitoring and Performance Chart
- vSphere Networking, Standard Switch, Distributed Switch (DVS)
- vSphere Storage, iSCSI, FC, Software iSCSI, RDM configurations.
- vSphere security and ESXi hardening.
- Strong knowledge of HPE compute platforms, specifically
- VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter
- Resource optimization, snapshots, templates, vMotion, storage vMotion




- HPE ProLiant DL series
- HPE Synergy (Composer, Image Streamer, frames, interconnects)
- HPE Apollo systems
- Experience with iLO, OneView, firmware/driver baseline updates, and server diagnostics
- Understanding of SAN/NAS concepts, zoning, datastores, and virtualization storage integration.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).

Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure issues under pressure
