Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle visa filing and documentation processes efficiently
- Guide clients regarding immigration and visa procedures
- Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness
- Manage tourist, study, spouse, work, and PR visa applications
- Coordinate with embassies, VFS, and clients for updates
- Maintain proper records and follow-ups with applicants
- Provide professional consultation and customer support
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in immigration/visa filing
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Knowledge of tourist, study, work, spouse, and PR visas
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
