About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can produce engaging short-form content, UGC videos, social media reels, advertisements, and marketing videos for our clients and brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit UGC videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ad creatives.
- Create high-converting video content for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and visual elements.
- Edit videos according to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Transform raw footage into engaging, platform-ready content.
- Work closely with the creative, marketing, and performance marketing teams.
- Maintain consistency in video quality, branding, pacing, and storytelling.
- Stay updated with current social media video trends, editing styles, and UGC formats.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
- Strong experience in UGC video editing and short-form content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud / Adobe All Apps, especially:

Adobe Premiere Pro





Adobe After Effects

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Audition

- Good working knowledge of CapCut.
- Understanding of social media trends and performance-driven video content.
- Strong sense of timing, storytelling, typography, transitions, and visual composition.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A solid portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous work.

Preferred Skills

- Experience editing Meta Ads and performance marketing creatives.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
- Experience with UGC creators, talking-head videos, product videos, and testimonial content.
- Understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, and CTA placement in short-form videos.
