- Adobe Premiere Pro Mandatory. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience.
- DaVinci Resolve — Added advantage, especially for colour correction/grading.
- Good editing sense — pacing, cuts, rhythm, storytelling and knowing what works visually.
- Basic understanding of colour correction / DI.
- Good understanding of sound design, music and SFX.
- Basic knowledge of After Effects / motion graphics is an advantage.
- Should be comfortable with AI video/content generation and AI prompting.
- Should be able to understand a creative brief and bring their own creative input to the edit.
- Should be comfortable working across ads, reels, branded content and short-form films.
- Robust portfolio/showreel is preferred.
