Role Description The Vice President is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Surat and other area, responsible for overseeing strategic planning, operations, and project delivery for the organization. This position will provide direction to engineering, architecture, estimation, and execution teams to ensure projects are scoped, budgeted, and delivered in line with organizational goals and quality standards.

The Vice

President will collaborate closely with senior management to drive growth initiatives, optimize processes, and maintain strong client relationships across the construction portfolio. Daily responsibilities include reviewing project performance, aligning resources, mitigating risks, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, and mentoring mid- and senior-level leaders. The role also involves contributing to business development efforts,



supporting bids and proposals, and representing the company in key external stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership experience in construction, infrastructure, or related engineering sectors, with responsibility for multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale projects.
- Strong expertise in project planning, estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within cost parameters.
- Proficiency in operational management, process improvement, and resource allocation to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety across multiple project sites.
- Solid understanding of construction standards, regulatory requirements, contract management, and risk assessment within the Indian market.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable plans.
- Advanced communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to mentor and develop managers and emerging leaders, foster a collaborative culture, and drive accountability for performance and results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Surat with regular visits to project locations, and readiness to travel as needed.
