n One of India's Leading Wealth Management Companies is looking for an experienced VP – Product Operations to lead end-to-end product operations across a diverse investment and protection product portfolio.

n CTC: Up to ₹50 LPA

nnLead operational excellence, digital transformation, regulatory governance, and scalable operating models across a wide range of financial products. The role will work closely with Product, Technology, Sales, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Customer Service, and external ecosystem partners.

nnWhat We're Looking For

n✔️ 15+ years of experience in Financial Services Operations, Wealth Management, Broking, or Asset Management

n✔️ 5+ years in a leadership role managing multi-product operations and large cross-functional teams

n✔️ Solid exposure to Mutual Funds, Stock Broking, Insurance, NPS, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and other investment products





n✔️ Experience in product implementation, operational transformation, digital initiatives, and technology-enabled process improvements

n✔️ Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, operational governance, audits, and risk management

n✔️ Experience working with Product, Technology, Business, Compliance, and external ecosystem partners
