Role Description The Vice President of Financial Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s financial planning, reporting, and performance management activities. This position will lead the development of short- and long-term financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing variances, and delivering clear insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.

The role also involves refining financial policies and controls, guiding capital allocation decisions,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and risk management.

The Vice

President will mentor finance team members, promote best practices in financial governance, and continuously improve reporting processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Solid proficiency in Finance and Financial Planning, with demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
- Hands-on experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including the preparation, analysis, and presentation of reports for senior leadership.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data, assess risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Proven leadership in financial management within wealth management, asset management, banking, or a related financial services environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to financial institutions and cross-border wealth management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
- Track record of working effectively in remote or distributed teams, with high levels of accountability and self-direction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Finance) or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is preferred.
