The organization is focused on scalable growth, operational efficiency, and long-term vendor relationships.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Vendor Manager role based in Bengaluru.

The Vendor

Manager will oversee day-to-day vendor operations, including onboarding new vendors, maintaining existing vendor relationships, and ensuring adherence to service-level agreements.

Responsibilities include monitoring vendor performance, analyzing sales and supply data, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating procurement activities to maintain optimal stock levels.



The role involves regular communication with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and support category growth.

The Vendor

Manager will also contribute to strategy development for vendor portfolio optimization and risk management.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and contract management to establish and maintain effective vendor agreements.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with vendors, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
- Experience in procurement, including vendor sourcing, purchase planning, and cost optimization.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or supply chain management is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, manage multiple vendors, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on operational efficiency and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
