UI/UX Designer & Creative Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer & Creative Designer with 01 year of experience who is interested in UI/UX design, social media creatives, reels, video editing and photography.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Figma, a good eye for design, creativity and an interest in creating engaging digital content. Freshers with a strong portfolio and good creative skills are welcome to apply.

The candidate may occasionally be required to visit client locations or project sites to capture photographs and videos for social media and marketing purposes.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

- Create website and app UI designs using Figma.
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- Design clean, modern and user-friendly interfaces.
- Create reusable design components and maintain design consistency.
- Work with the marketing and development teams on design requirements.
- Make design improvements based on feedback.

Social Media Creative Design

- Create engaging designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, banners and promotional creatives.
- Create creatives according to marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.
- Follow current social media design trends and formats.

Reels & Video Editing

- Create and edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Add text, transitions, music, effects and other creative elements.
- Convert project photographs and videos into engaging social media content.
- Create creative video concepts based on marketing requirements.

Photography & Content Creation

- Occasionally visit client locations, project sites, showrooms or events to capture photos and videos.
- Take attractive photographs of projects, interiors, products and events.




- Understand basic photography concepts such as composition, lighting, framing and angles.
- Capture content suitable for Instagram, websites and advertisements.
- Perform basic photo editing, cropping, color correction and retouching.
- Organize and select the best photographs and videos for marketing use.

Required Skills

- Good hands-on knowledge of Figma.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Good knowledge of graphic design and visual composition.
- Creativity and a robust interest in social media design.
- Basic knowledge of reel/video editing.
- Basic photography skills.
- Positive knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of Instagram and social media trends.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn new design and creative tools.

Who Can Apply?

- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in UI/UX, graphic design, content creation or social media design.
- Candidates should have a portfolio or sample work demonstrating their creativity.
- Students/recent graduates with strong design skills can also apply.
