Hiring – Senior Manager / Director – US Healthcare RCM Location: Chennai Industry: US Healthcare Medical Billing / RCM Experience: 5–10 Years in Leadership / Management We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Director – Revenue Cycle Management to join a growing US Healthcare Medical Billing & RCM startup in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end RCM operations, with a proven track record of directly managing US healthcare providers and leading a team of 50 employees across Coding, Billing and AR.

Key Requirements 5–10 years of leadership/management experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing. Proven experience handling US healthcare providers directly.

Experience managing 50 employees across Medical Coding, Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable (AR). Strong knowledge of end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management.

Experience in Claims, Payment Posting, AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Appeals and Account Resolution. Strong experience managing KPIs,



SLAs, productivity, quality and collections. Excellent client management and escalation-handling skills. Ability to build and implement SOPs, workflows and process improvements.

Experience in building, managing and scaling RCM teams. Robust leadership, analytical, communication and decision-making skills. Should be comfortable working in a startup environment with high ownership and accountability.

Leadership Expectations The selected candidate will take ownership of end-to-end RCM operations and work closely with the company's leadership to build, manage, optimize and scale the RCM business.
