Our Relationship

Managers act as the critical bridge—translating U.S. academic & industry standards into localized, high-impact student outcomes across India’s top metros.

Role & Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end relationships with U.S. edtech partners—manage onboarding, performance tracking, contractual compliance, and renewal cycles.

- Coordinate cross-functional alignment between U.S. program leads, local Indian student success teams, and marketing operations to ensure seamless delivery.

- Translate U.S. academic frameworks (curricula, grading, credentialing) into regionally compliant and culturally relevant student experiences.

- Track KPIs (enrollment, completion, placement, NPS) and deliver regular performance dashboards to U.S. stakeholders with data-backed recommendations.

- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks—logistics, tech, language,



or cultural misalignment—before they impact student success.

- Represent Careerbloc as the primary liaison in U.S.-India partner meetings, negotiations, and escalation forums.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)

- Stakeholder management

- U.S. higher education systems

- Cross-border collaboration

- Performance analytics (Google Data Studio, Tableau)

- Contract interpretation

Preferred

- Experience with U.S. bootcamps or online credentialing programs

- Familiarity with Indian higher education landscape

- Basic understanding of LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard)
