HR Executive Compliance
Location: Noida / Greater Noida/Navi Mumbai
Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR & statutory compliance as per applicable Labour Laws and Acts.
- Handle PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages and other statutory compliances.
- Manage contractor/labour compliance for construction sites.
- Prepare salary, wages, attendance and manpower sheets.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, returns, challans and compliance MIS.
- Coordinate for labour inspections and compliance audits.
- Handle Tally ERP entries and HR documentation.
- Keep updated with changes in Labour Laws and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- B.Com with 3–6 years HR Compliance experience.
- Construction industry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
- Positive Excel, communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
