Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 3+ Years
Key Skills Required
- Motors, VFD, panel wiring
- Motorized valves & color change valves
- PTED, Conveyor, Ovens & Booth systems
- PLC, HMI, sensors, I/O modules
- Fault finding & troubleshooting
- PTED Process, ASU, DM Plant
- Floor & overhead conveyors (belt & chain type)
- EMS Hangers
Job Responsibilities
- Handling preventive & breakdown maintenance of Paint Shop independently (shift operations)
- Managing breakdowns in equipment such as motors, VFDs, panels, valves, conveyors, ovens, booths,
etc.
- Troubleshooting PLC, HMI, sensors & I/O systems
- Knowledge of instruments like level sensors, ultrasonic sensors & interlocks
- Following LOTO procedures and safety practices
- Solid fundamentals in electrical systems (Star Delta, DOL, panel wiring)
- Maintaining logbooks and check sheets in English
- Hands-on experience in PTED, ASU, DM plant & conveyor systems
- Maintenance of lighting, fans, motors and recording readings
