Position: Safety Officer / In-Charge

Qualification & Experience:

B.Tech / Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc + ADIS

NEBOSH (preferred)

6 to 8 years of experience in Glass Manufacturing Plant or Solar / Industrial Safety

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure site safety, PPE compliances, safety audits, JHA, HITRA, etc. Provide necessary safety training to complete workforce.

Job details ;

*Implement and monitor EHS systems across maintenance and operational areas.

*Enforce PTW/LOTO, working at height, hot work, confined space, and electrical safety practices.

*Conduct toolbox talks, safety audits, and site inspections.

*Investigate incidents and near misses; ensure CAPA implementation.

*Maintain safety documentation, training records, and audit compliance.

*Coordinate safety induction for employees and contractors.

*Monitor PPE compliance and unsafe acts/conditions.





*Support statutory safety compliance and inspections.

*Prepare safety MIS and present reports to management.

*Promote a strong safety culture aligned with Reliance standards.
