Role Description This is an urgent hiring requirement for a RPA UiPath Trainer on a contract basis, for an on-site role located in Gulbarga. The trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on UiPath RPA, including fundamentals, advanced workflows, best practices, and real-world automation use cases.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, labs, and assessments, conducting interactive classroom sessions, and providing hands-on guidance to learners as they build and deploy automation projects. The role also involves evaluating participant performance,



offering constructive feedback, and updating course content to reflect the latest UiPath features and industry trends. The trainer will collaborate with corporate and academic stakeholders to align training outcomes with organizational goals and support CertED Technologies’ broader mission of skill development and employability.

Qualifications

- Robust expertise in UiPath and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), including workflow design, orchestrator usage, and deployment of automation solutions.
- Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs, with skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom or corporate facilitation.
- Solid understanding of software development concepts and basic programming (e.g., .NET, Python, or similar), as well as familiarity with automation best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and accessible manner.
- Ability to manage training schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and adapt content to different learner levels and backgrounds.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications in UiPath or RPA are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer, technical instructor, or RPA developer is preferred, especially within fast-paced, skill-focused environments.
