WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR For Pharmacist / Senior Pharmacist:

- D.Pharm / B.Pharm
- Valid Uttar Pradesh State Pharmacy Council License MANDATORY
- Relevant Retail Pharmacy experience
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Good knowledge of inventory & pharmacy operations For Store Manager:
- Graduate with relevant Retail / Pharmacy Operations experience
- Strong team handling & leadership skills
- Good knowledge of inventory, sales & store operations
- Ability to drive business targets & customer experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





Accurate dispensing & prescription handling

Excellent customer service & patient counselling

Inventory, stock & expiry management

Ensure pharmacy compliance & SOP adherence

Drive sales, diagnostics & multichannel operations

Lead & manage the store team

Ensure smooth store operations & operational excellence
