We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Underwriting Executives to support underwriting operations and ensure accurate evaluation of insurance proposals. The role involves coordination with clients and internal teams for policy issuance and underwriting-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end underwriting activities.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for policy issuance and approvals.
- Verify proposal forms and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain underwriting records and update internal systems/MIS regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurer guidelines.
- Resolve queries and provide timely updates.
- Support the claims and operations team whenever required.
- Impart training and process guidance to new joinees, whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Basic understanding of underwriting processes.
- Candidate should possess basic knowledge of Claims/Underwriting processes along with a general understanding of medical terminology and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and email communication.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple cases efficiently.
Educational Qualification
- 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
- Additional certification in insurance or healthcare management will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- Basic experience in underwriting, insurance broking, health insurance, or TPA operations preferred.
- Freshers with robust analytical and communication skills may also apply.
Salary
· As per industry standards and candidate experience.
Working Days & Timings
- Flexible work timings with 9-hour shifts.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on weekends and government holidays, depending on business requirements and operational needs.

- Candidate should be comfortable handling coordination with internal teams and clients.
- Immediate joiners may be preferred.
- Candidates should have access to a stable internet connection and a suitable work setup for remote working, if applicable.
Pay: From ₹220,000.00 per year
