About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can independently take assigned modules from requirement understanding to developer handoff and create intuitive, professional experiences for B2B SaaS, B2C, web, and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand requirements and translate them into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs .
- Own assigned design modules with minimal supervision, from requirement analysis to developer handoff .
- Design responsive web, mobile, dashboards, and SaaS interfaces.
- Apply UX principles including user journeys, information architecture, usability, hierarchy, and interaction design .
- Create reusable components and maintain design consistency using Figma and design systems .
- Conduct competitor research and identify UX opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate design decisions and incorporate feedback.
- Use AI tools to support design ideation, research, productivity, and workflow optimization.

Requirements
- 6 months–1 year of skilled UI/UX experience.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and Figma .
- Experience with Auto Layout, components, variants, responsive design, and design systems.
- Good understanding of typography, spacing, grids, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to independently understand requirements and solve UX problems.
- Good communication, collaboration,



and attention to detail.
- Understanding of how designs translate into development.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools for UI/UX .

Good to Have
- Experience with B2B SaaS, B2C, web/mobile applications, dashboards, or enterprise products .
- Knowledge of academic publishing, research, manuscripts, journals, or scholarly communication .
- Bachelor's degree in Design, UI/UX, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
