1. Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
2. Candidate with positive customer service skills would be preferred
3. Candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.
4. Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
5. Should be open to work in Night shifts.
6. Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree are not eligible
7. Responsible for dealing with Domestic & International Clients
8. Responsible for dealing with Clients’ Queries
