- Provide training on aptitude, reasoning, communication skills, resume building, and interview preparation.
- Organize mock interviews, group discussions, and career guidance sessions for students.
- Coordinate with companies and employers for campus recruitment and placement opportunities.
- Schedule and manage student interviews with recruiters and hiring organizations.
- Maintain robust relationships with corporate partners and identify new placement opportunities.
- Track student placement records and prepare placement reports.
- Assist students in career planning and professional development.
- Ensure maximum student participation and successful placement outcomes.
- Coordinate placement drives, recruitment events,
and job fairs.
