⏰ Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
? Working Days: Monday – Friday
? PPO: Chance based on performance
? Key Responsibilities • Understand software products and business solutions
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Interact with clients and understand their requirements
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations and RFP responses
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, emails and other channels
- Maintain and update CRM activities
- Participate in client meetings and customer engagement
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback
- Collaborate with Sales, Development, Design and Marketing teams
? Who Can Apply? ✅ Freshers / Recent Graduates
✅ Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, IT, Business Management, Marketing or related fields
✅ Excellent English & Hindi communication skills
✅ Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
✅ Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
✅ Basic technical aptitude with willingness to learn
✅ Interest in technology, software and consulting
✅ Proactive and result-oriented approach
? Stipend Structure Tier 2 MBA & Colleges: ₹15,000/month for first 3 months → ₹18,000/month for next 3 months
Tier 1 MBA & Colleges: ₹20,000/month for first 3 months → ₹23,000/month for next 3 months
MBA Freshers: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month + annual performance-based bonus
Stipend revision for the next 3 months is subject to individual performance.
