● Product Knowledge Acquisition: Learn and develop a thorough understanding of the products and solutions offered by the company, including their features, benefits, use cases, and target markets.

● Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.

● Client Interaction: Support and shadow senior consultants in engaging with clients to discover their business challenges and technical needs.

● Proposal and Quote Preparation: Assist in preparing customized proposals, quotes, and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses based on the client’s specific requirements by aligning product benefits with customer needs, and demonstrating ROI and value.

● CRM Management: Accurately document all sales activities, including lead generation, qualifications, client interactions, and deal progress into the company’s CRM software

● Lead Generation: Research potential customers using tools like LinkedIn, company websites, and market reports to identify decision-makers. Also, reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media for lead generation.

● Customer Engagement:



Participate in client meetings and assist in building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing customers.

QUALIFICATION :

● Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

● Strong interest in software solutions and a desire to build a successful career in Solution Consulting.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

● Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

● Basic technical aptitude and a willingness to learn about our technology platform .
