Role & responsibilities
End-to-end sourcing and onboarding of bikers (3PL Vendor & delivery executives).
Conducting field drives and coordinating with vendors to meet hiring targets.
Assisting in vendor performance tracking, documentation, and compliance.
Maintaining sourcing reports and ensuring smooth onboarding.
New 3PL Vendor Empanelment/Onboarding
Preferred candidate profile
Location : Chennai
Required Education : UG (Full time mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in blue-collar biker sourcing & Vendor Coordination & Management.
Preferred: Experience in delivery rider hiring, vendor coordination, and field recruitment activities with Good Communication and Negotiation Skill.
