Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager / Project Manager / Delivery Manager with robust expertise in Temenos T24 (Transact) banking platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end testing, project execution, and delivery management across T24 implementation, upgrade, migration, integration, and transformation programs.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of Core Banking operations, banking products, T24 architecture, testing methodologies, stakeholder management, and delivery governance.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Management

- Lead end-to-end T24 implementation, upgrade, migration, and transformation projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery milestones.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with business users, product owners, technology teams, vendors, and banking stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards, risk management, and quality processes.
- Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams and vendors.

Test Management

- Define and implement testing strategy for T24 programs.
- Lead SIT, System Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, Regression Testing, and Production Verification Testing.
- Develop test plans, test approach documents, and testing schedules.
- Review and approve test cases, test scenarios, and test execution reports.
- Manage defect lifecycle and coordinate defect triage meetings.
- Establish testing KPIs and quality metrics.




- Ensure end-to-end validation of banking products and business processes.

T24 Functional Expertise Strong experience in one or more T24 modules:

Stakeholder Management

- Engage with program sponsors and senior banking stakeholders.
- Present delivery status and testing progress to steering committees.
- Manage customer expectations and escalations.
- Collaborate with Temenos, system integrators, and third-party vendors.

Risk & Quality Management

- Identify project and testing risks proactively.
- Define mitigation and contingency plans.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
