: Test Analyst/Subject Matter Expert (Banking Domain)

We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst/Subject Matter Expert with strong domain expertise in Banking . The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in one or more banking areas including Core Banking, SME Banking, Payments, Trade Finance, Treasury, and Lending/Loan Management Systems , with a proven track record of leading end-to-end testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Manual Testing activities across banking applications.
- Analyze BRDs, FRDs, Functional Specifications, and Business Requirements.
- Prepare and review test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and execution reports.
- Perform Functional, System Integration, Regression, End-to-End, and UAT testing.
- Validate critical banking workflows and ensure business process compliance.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Track, prioritize, and manage defects through closure using tools like JIRA or ALM.
- Mentor junior testers and provide testing best practices across the team.
- Support release planning, production validation, and defect triage activities.

Required Banking Domain Expertise

- Core Banking: CASA, Customer Information File (CIF), Deposits, Customer Onboarding, Account Maintenance, Interest Processing,



and General Banking Operations.
- SME Banking: SME Lending, Business Accounts, Working Capital, Customer Servicing, and Credit Operations.
- Payments: UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Payment Gateway, Fund Transfers, Reconciliation, Settlement, and Transaction Processing.
- Trade Finance: Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Import/Export Finance, Documentary Collections, Bills Processing, and SWIFT.
- Treasury: Liquidity Management, Investment Management, Securities, Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market, Treasury Risk Management, Treasury Limits, and Derivatives (IRS/CCS & FX Options).
- Loans/Lending: Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), Retail & Corporate Lending, Loan Disbursement, Repayment, Interest Calculations, NPA, Collections, and Foreclosure.

Required Skills

- 15+ years of experience in Manual Testing within the Banking domain.
- Robust understanding of SDLC, STLC, Defect Lifecycle, and Test Management.
- Experience with JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.
- Good knowledge of SQL for database validation.
- Exposure to API testing using Postman is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
