Job Summary

Parakh Jewellers is looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our team in Durg / Bhilai. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role, along with strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding jewellery enquiries, offers, promotions, and new collections.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Encourage prospective customers to visit the showroom.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the showroom sales team regarding customer leads and appointments.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and lead-generation targets.




- Maintain valuable relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
- Good convincing and follow-up abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in jewellery, retail, luxury products, or showroom sales will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for a candidate who is professional, confident, polite, well-spoken, and customer-oriented, with the ability to build strong relationships and convert enquiries into showroom visits.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
