nJob Responsibilities:

nMake Inbound calls to prospective clients / leads

nExplain Solvetax services clearly

nFollow-up with interested leads and convert into customers

nMaintain proper call records, lead status, and client data

nCoordinate with internal CA/support team for client requirements

nMeet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

nRequirements:

nStrong communication in Telugu & English (Hindi is an added advantage)

nTarget-driven mindset and ability to work in a startup workplace

nBasic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM tools preferred)
