- Make outbound calls to allocated customer leads.
- Contact customers and understand their requirement for a Hyundai vehicle.
- Invite interested customers to visit the Arsh Hyundai showroom.
- Schedule showroom visits and coordinate appointment timings.
- Share customer details and appointment information with the concerned Sales Executive.
- Assign the lead to the appropriate Sales Executive for further follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and showroom appointments.
- Follow up with customers who have confirmed or pending showroom visits.
- Ensure maximum conversion of leads into showroom walk-ins.
