We are looking for a Tele-Calling / Patient Care Executive to join our team at Ideal Artificial Limbs Solution, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.

The candidate will be responsible for calling patients, taking follow-ups, understanding their requirements, answering basic queries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make calls to patients and provide follow-up support.
- Understand patient requirements and coordinate with the team.
- Handle patient queries politely and professionally.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with patients.
- Maintain basic patient records and call details.
- Coordinate with the Patient Care Department.

Requirements:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.




- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Polite, patient, and responsible attitude.

Job Details:

- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
